Rubinienhain Dresden (park above the Hammerweg prison)
Maja is currently in solitary confinement. This means that Maja has to be held in a specially secured detention room in addition to the already tighter conditions of pre-trial detention. In addition, the Hungarian judiciary has now submitted an extradition request to the Federal Republic of Germany. We want to prevent the extradition at all costs and put pressure on the authorities and the prison. Maja must be released from the aggravated prison conditions, Maja must not be extradited.
Gabriele is also still threatened with extradition in Italy in the same proceedings. In addition, we also demand that Ilaria and Tobi are finally released from almost a year of pre-trial detention in Hungary. There is now a petition for Ilaria’s return to Italy. The trial against her begins on January 29. The two are facing absurd sentences in the proceedings. The conditions of detention and even in court in Hungary are completely inhumane. They show the face of fascism when it is in power.
Come to the prison in Dresden on Saturday at 6 pm, let’s protest together against the repression of anti-fascists.
Anti-fascism is not criminal but legitimate and necessary.
