The more we move to future the more we see how German society is getting hooked up on police forces. Police is called resolve conflicts starting from street fight and ending up with somebody scratching a car next to you. Domination of police in sphere of conflict resolution is something that is completely destroying possibilities of people to interact with each other. Instead of creating ways of to solve the conflicts together we more and more appeal to the state to make this resolution. And even worse – we appeal to the state muscle which police is to resolve our issues. It’s like asking an elephant to run a China shop. And you know what? I think between elephant and police i would still pick up the first.

Libertarian Days Dresden 2018 09.09 – 16.09
For fifth time libertarian days are hitting Dresden. Once again for a week we will blow your mind with presentations, screenings and other events that will open to all those interested the doors to the anarchist world. Activist from Dresden and outside will talk about the things that are going on in different social struggles!
However anarchism is not only about presentations! We will also have some workshops that might inspire you for activity for the next year! And we still remember words of Emma Goldmann – “If i can dance it’s not my revolution” – to address that we will have a party… on the first day of libertarian days!
So get yourself ready and don’t forget to bring your friends, your family and your dog!

About antifascism and its confusion
As anarchist I would have a lot of things to say about antifascism, mostly critics. I am not writing this text to do a theorical critics on antifascism, although I would like first to point out the mistake (to me) of focusing in only one particular thing, the same way as I think that antiracism or feminism, alone, are a mistake. Why, you would ask. Because, as anarchists we are well aware that the world is much more complex than a simple and easy manichean view on it, or on the society. There’s not only « monsters » and good people. Fascism is not the evil coming from the nowhere, but it’s the result of the society against wich anarchists are struggling since the 19th century, and before the coming of the European official fascism the world was not such a paradise, racism was existing, there were pogroms, women were badly treatened, children were working in mines, genocide was already part of the human history, workers were dying early because of a terrible exploitation, and anarchists were persecuted, sentenced to death or send to penal colonies in the Pacific islands or South America. Focusing only in fascism is a mistake because it’s build up a big evil, that doesn’t even have a lot of sense nowadays (what is fascism exactly again ? ), and to fight this big evil most of the time antifascists are acting threw the saying « the enemy of my enemy is my friend ». And this leads to a really problematic confusion among the antifascist movement (I am not talking about every antifascists of course, some know well where it stinks and with who they don’t want to hang out). But it also makes that you only see one single problem in this society, you only focuse on one thing, and erase all the rest.

We wanna conquer the Heaven
It’s been several weeks since the whole western world celebrated Christmas. Event that is sacred to one and annoying to the others. With consumption spree sky rocketing this days it is easy to believe that capitalists invented Christmas just to sell you presents for you relatives and friends. However beyond consumption Christmas is still a strong religious holiday, with hundreds of millions of people participating in its celebration.
In this issue we would like to touch shortly the issue of religion and what approaches anarchists have to religion and faith in general. It is worth mentioning that in this material we will be talking not only about Christianity, but also Islam and Judaism – three quite common ones for the “western” world including Germany.
