Analysis of Palestine/Israel situation and strategic implications for comrades in Germany, discussion and Q&A with Uri Gordon.
Online session with Uri, editor at Freedom Press (UK) who grew up in Israel. The session will begin with a short overview of the current situation in Gaza, West Bank and 48 Israel. Also about how Western governments are using the situation to clamp down on social movements and curtail protest rights, in parallel with beginnings of limited trade boycotts on settlement products. There will be an opportunity to discuss real, false, and borderline antisemitism in the context of Palestine politics, informed by the perspectives of a Jewish Israeli anti-zionist.
