Rally: Freedom and luck for Maja, Gabriele, Tobi and Ilaria!

Maja is currently in solitary confinement. This means that Maja has to be held in a specially secured detention room in addition to the already tighter conditions of pre-trial detention. In addition, the Hungarian judiciary has now submitted an extradition request to the Federal Republic of Germany. We want to prevent the extradition at all costs and put pressure on the authorities and the prison. Maja must be released from the aggravated prison conditions, Maja must not be extradited.

We are not all – the prisoners are missing!
Maja is still in custody here in Dresden. Extradition proceedings have now been opened. If this goes through at the Berlin Court of Appeal, Maja faces an extremely long prison sentence in Hungary, which is ruled by the fascist Fidesz party. Especially in these uncertain and precarious times, Maja can use support and solidarity more than ever. That’s why we want to write letters to Maja and other prisoners from the Budapest trial as well as other contexts such as the Day X. Let us show them that they are still not alone.

This years’ Libertarian Days in Dresden are over. With 25 presentations/workshops, 8 meals and over 400 portions together we managed to create the biggest anarchist event in our town. This year we had guests from France, Poland, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Belarus, Russia and even West Germany! Raging from international struggles to local organizing every presentation was well visited with estimated 400-500 visitors during the whole week. This year once again we got together with local CCC crew to organize the weekend LiTa/Datenspuren on the weekend, which attracted not only typical political left and anarchists, but also people from hackers’ scene, while Dresden leftists and anarchists could dive into hackers culture a little bit more (Datenspuren itself had extra 45+ events only on the weekend extra to our events).

Libertarian Days – The program is ready!

This year the Libertarian Days will take place from 11.-17.09 at different locations in DresdenThat means a whole week full of program, a week full of anarchism.
